What you would do
- Drive sales and marketing initiatives for the Building Services portfolio
- Own budgeting process for the vertical and deliver YOY financial goals
- Grow customer base and market share of offerings
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of projects and order fulfilment
- Allocate training and coach sales, technical teams, and re-sellers or agents
- Identify talent gaps and recruit or fill them
- Develop and implement efficient working processes for the BSE team with measurable outcomes
- Provide direction and motivation to the team
- Develop proprietary integrated solutions for deployment in the market
- Develop and implement mid to long term strategic plan for the business

- Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in business development and technical roles
- Graduate degree in Engineering
