About this role
A full-time role for a senior professional to lead Nairapoint Finance Limited's merchant POS and agency banking channels in Lagos. The position targets someone with extensive experience in merchant acquiring, POS, or digital payments who can drive growth, risk controls, and regulatory compliance.
What you would do
- Develop and execute the merchant POS and agency banking strategy with clear targets
- Drive expansion of merchant and agent networks and activation
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance of merchants and agents
- Monitor productivity, liquidity, and reactivation initiatives for outlets
- Liaise with vendors, processors, and super-agents and ensure SLAs are met
- Lead and coach teams, report on volumes, revenue, and portfolio health to management; oversee budget and pricing

- Professional certification is an added advantage
