What you would do

• Draft, review and negotiate real estate contracts and documents
• Ensure compliance with Lagos property laws and building codes
• Coordinate title perfection and documentation with government agencies
• Provide internal legal advisory for operations and governance
• Oversee the end-to-end client journey from inquiry to handover
• Lead cross-functional teams to align legal and customer service processes
