• Develop and implement an IT security strategy aligned with business goals

• Develop and enforce IT security policies and standards
• Ensure compliance with regulations and frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, NIST)
• Oversee security audits, assessments and certifications
• Develop and manage incident response plans and business continuity procedures
• Oversee security tools and technologies and collaborate with IT teams on secure architecture
