About this role

The role is for a Head of Growth and Digital Marketing to lead growth, marketing and brand initiatives across Thelix Holdings and its business units, based in Lagos. It targets candidates with extensive experience in growth, marketing and revenue-driven roles who can manage teams and budgets.

What you would do

• Lead digital marketing activities across paid media, SEO, content, social media, email, partnerships and campaigns.
• Analyse marketing performance, customer insights and revenue metrics to optimise ROI.
• Drive lead generation, conversions, customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Develop and execute integrated growth and marketing strategies.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Growth & Marketing team and manage marketing budgets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Client Experience and Operations to improve commercial performance.

• Minimum 8 years’ progressive experience in Growth, Marketing, Sales, Commercial Strategy or Demand Generation.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications or related field.
• Proven experience driving measurable revenue growth through customer acquisition and digital marketing.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience leading marketing, sales or commercial teams.
• Strong experience across multiple marketing channels and marketing analytics.
• Experience in SaaS, AI, EdTech, FinTech or other technology businesses is advantageous.
