About this role

Head, Group FP&A (Remote) at Moniepoint Incorporated. The role designs and owns the Group FP&A framework, consolidates entity- and market-level forecasts into the Group P&L, balance sheet and cash flow, and leads monthly and quarterly investor-grade reporting. It collaborates with BU finance leads to apply a standard FP&A framework across markets.

What you would do

• Design and own the Group FP&A framework, including forecasting architecture, budget process, and management-reporting standards used by every entity
• Consolidate entity and BU-level forecasts into a single Group P&L, balance sheet and cash flow with a working currency toggle and intercompany eliminations
• Own the annual Group budget calendar and process, including templates, timelines, challenge sessions, and Board approval
• Produce the consolidated Group forecast (2026-28 and beyond) reconciled monthly to actuals with a variance bridge
• Run the monthly and quarterly Group-level reporting cycles, delivering consolidated management accounts, Board packs and investor-grade reporting
• Lead and develop the Group FP&A Analysts across subsidiaries and markets, and set/enforce FP&A standards

What they are asking for

• 8–10 years in FP&A, corporate finance or investment banking, including experience building forecasting frameworks from scratch
• Proven experience consolidating multi-entity, multi-currency forecasts and management accounts
• Background in banking, fintech or other regulated, fast-growth environment
• Advanced financial modelling skills (Excel at architect level); comfortable owning a model spanning multiple entities and currencies
• ACA/ACCA/CFA or equivalent
• Proven ability to operate effectively as a remote, senior finance leader across time zones and geographies
