What you would do

• Oversee end-to-end ENA facility operations (Milling, Fermentation, Distillation, CO2 recovery).
• Drive overall equipment effectiveness and maintain near full plant availability.
• Optimise utility consumption and energy efficiency, including biogas and waste heat recovery.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a cross-functional technical team.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and operational profitability across the plant.
