Head Enterprise Risk Management for Hope Payment Service Bank in Lagos. The role leads the development and execution of the bank’s corporate strategy and coordinates strategic projects, providing data‑driven insights to support executive decision‑making. It involves collaboration with stakeholders across the bank, conducting market and profitability analyses and overseeing governance and programme delivery.

What you would do

• Lead the formulation, execution, and refinement of the bank's corporate strategy in line with its vision, long‑term objectives and regulatory requirements
• Provide data‑driven insights, scenario analysis and recommendations to support high‑level decision‑making for executive management
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation and cost optimisation initiatives tied to strategic objectives
• Manage strategic projects and programmes, including planning, prioritisation, risk management and performance monitoring
• Serve as a primary liaison between senior stakeholders, business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and effective delivery of initiatives
• Prepare and present reports and dashboards to executive management and governance forums

• A university degree or HND in statistics, economics or a related discipline from a reputable institution
• An MBA or Master’s degree in a related discipline is an added advantage
• Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel, SQL and Power BI
• Attention to detail and prioritisation skills

• Excellent presentation skills
