What you would do

• Develop and manage the annual transport and fleet budget.
• Oversee daily loading, dispatch and delivery activities.
• Monitor truck movements to meet delivery schedules.
• Maintain records on performance metrics, service logs, safety documentation and training.
• Ensure regular vehicle inspection, preventive maintenance and licensing.
• Promote HSSE culture across fleet operations.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives and manage workshops, truck parks and fuel depots.
• Drive logistics planning to achieve OTIFIC targets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Production teams.
• Lead and develop the logistics and fleet team.

• 10-15 years of logistics and transport experience, including at least 10 years in a senior management role.
