What you would do
- Define and implement the Data Centre strategy and roadmap.
- Drive infrastructure modernization including cloud, hybrid, and virtualization.
- Develop and oversee business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Oversee budgeting, vendor management, and resource planning for Data Centre.
- Ensure 24/7 availability and performance of Data Centre infrastructure.
- Manage physical and virtual servers, storage, backups, and environmental controls.
- Monitor capacity and utilization to enable proactive scalability.
- Ensure compliance with standards and audit processes.
- Lead and develop the Data Centre team and coordinate with IT and business leaders.
- Manage third-party vendors and service providers for maintenance and upgrades.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Master's degree or MBA is an added advantage.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CDCP/CDCS, ITIL, PMP, CISSP, AWS/Azure).
