What you would do
- Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities

- Previous experience as Head Chef, Sous Chef or Senior Chef preferred
- Strong knowledge of local and international cuisines
- Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene and kitchen sanitation
- Experience in food costing, portion control and inventory management
- Ability to prepare standard recipes and maintain consistent quality
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
