What you would do

- Collaborate with internal teams to improve product delivery and customer experience
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing business banking teams
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- 10 - 12 years of relevant experience in commercial, corporate, or SME banking
- Proven experience in business development, sales leadership, and portfolio management
- Strong understanding of credit management, collections, and financial analysis
- Experience in digital banking, payments, value-added services, or financial inclusion is an advantage
- Knowledge of cooperative finance and Nigeria's community banking ecosystem is desirable
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills
- An MBA or relevant master's degree will be an added advantage
