What you would do

• Scope the market and analyse opportunities to grow HNIs market share
• Set and monitor team targets aligned with corporate objectives
• Optimize relationships with HNIs, clients and partners
• Drive relationship management activities for the team
• Grow transaction volumes from brokers managed by the team
• Create value-added services framework for HNI clients
• Ensure efficient collaboration with other sales teams to meet targets
• Train and develop the Wealth team personnel
• Lead preparation, implementation and tracking of the team's budget and activities
• Ensure all team functions align with AXA Group standards

• MSc/MBA/ACII/ACIIN would be an added advantage
