What you would do
- Greet guests on arrival and welcome them warmly
- Manage check-in and check-out processes and assign rooms
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities and local attractions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs
- Process reservations and payments and maintain guest records accurately
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and health and safety standards
- Maintain professional appearance and uphold the brand image
- Assist guests with special requests and resolve issues as needed
- Utilise hotel management systems and MS Office to manage tasks
