Guest House Coordinator

About this role

Aldelia Limited in Rivers is looking for a Guest House Coordinator to lead and oversee guest house, hospitality and residential services. The role involves supervising catering, housekeeping, reception and residential operations, managing contractors, and ensuring adherence to company standards and contract terms. It also covers monitoring food quality, hygiene and service levels, approving menus, managing supplier deliveries, and ensuring guest rooms meet required standards. The coordinator will organise events and centre activities, monitor contractor KPIs, and handle budgeting, reporting, and HSE and environmental compliance. The position requires strong coordination, communication and people management skills, with experience in guest houses or related hospitality operations.

What you would do

• Coordinate catering, housekeeping, reception and residential services.
• Supervise contractors and ensure compliance with standards and contracts.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, meal prep, service levels and food safety.
• Review and approve menu proposals and monitor daily meal service records.
• Inspect materials and supplies delivered by service providers.
• Ensure guest rooms and residential units meet company standards.
• Coordinate events, meetings and training centre activities.
• Monitor contractor KPIs and conduct weekly site inspections.
• Oversee timely preparation of Job Progress Certificates and vendor payments follow-up.
• Support budgeting for Guest House/Village CAPEX activities and prepare management reports.

• B.Sc. or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in guest house, hospitality, facilities, catering, residential camp or related operations.
• Strong knowledge of catering, housekeeping, food hygiene and service quality.
