Guest House Coordination Services Officer

About this role

The role involves coordinating catering, housekeeping, guest houses, residential and training centre services across Amaiden Energy Nigeria's facilities in Rivers, with a focus on quality, HSE and hygiene and on supervising contractor performance. It is for someone with at least seven years' experience in guest house, hospitality or camp/residential services, preferably within the Oil & Gas sector, who can manage multiple service activities and work with diverse personnel.

What you would do

• Coordinate catering and housekeeping services across guest houses, residences and training facilities.
• Supervise contractors and ensure compliance with company standards, HSE requirements and contract terms.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, meal preparation, food samples and restaurant/refectory services.
• Inspect materials and supplies delivered by contractors.
• Coordinate housekeeping, reception, office services and resident apartment readiness.
• Monitor contractor KPIs, work progress and service quality.

• B.Sc. or equivalent.
• Minimum of seven years' relevant experience in guest house, hospitality, catering, facilities, camp/residential services, or related operations.
• Oil & Gas industry experience preferred, particularly in camp management, residential services, hospitality, facilities, or site operations.
• Strong HSE and quality-control awareness.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to manage contractors, events and multiple service activities.
