Growth Product Manager

What you would do

• Define the product-led growth strategy and translate it into clear outcomes, quarterly OKRs, initiatives and roadmaps.
• Own funnel optimisation and experimentation, running A/B tests and building growth loops to reduce abandonment.
• Drive customer acquisition, activation and lifecycle growth by coordinating with Marketing, Sales and Partnerships to align in-product journeys.
• Manage the Martech stack and design always-on lifecycle campaigns across channels such as push, email, SMS/WhatsApp and in-app messaging.
• Establish the growth measurement framework, track metrics and work with Data/Engineering to ensure reliable analytics and dashboards.
• Lead a cross-functional growth squad and maintain a prioritised backlog, coordinate releases and post-launch monitoring.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or related discipline; a relevant postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
• Typically 5-8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years owning digital products or growth outcomes in fintech, investments, wealth management, banking, payments, e-commerce or another high-volume digital business.
• Demonstrated success improving measurable outcomes across acquisition, activation, retention, monetization.
