Growth Manager

What you would do
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for existing and new products
- Identify target customer segments and optimal channels
- Conduct market research on customer needs and trends
- Identify opportunities for business expansion through new markets and partnerships
- Create and execute customer acquisition plans across online and offline channels
- Generate leads and manage a healthy sales pipeline
- Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to convert leads
- Improve customer activation, onboarding and ongoing engagement
- Support credit analysis and commercial assessment of prospective customers
- Develop digital marketing campaigns and monitor their performance

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- 3-4 years in marketing, growth, or business development roles
- Experience in financial institutions or fintech is a plus
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition and retention

- Ability to interpret data to derive actionable strategies
