Growth Lead role at Max Drive in Lagos, focused on designing and executing scalable growth strategies for acquisition, activation, retention, partnerships, and revenue growth in a mobility/tech-enabled business.
What you would do
- Lead experimentation initiatives and growth sprints to improve business performance.
- Build scalable acquisition and retention frameworks.
- Identify new growth opportunities across customer segments, products, and markets.
- Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with revenue and expansion goals.
- Drive customer acquisition across digital, offline, referral, and partnership channels.
- Own growth metrics including CAC, LTV, retention, conversion, activation, and revenue growth.
What they are asking for
- 5–8 years of experience in Growth, Strategy, Marketing, Commercial Operations, or Business Development roles.
- Experience with performance marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing, and analytics tools.
- Proven track record of scaling products, customer acquisition, or revenue growth.
- Experience in startups, mobility, fintech, logistics, marketplaces, or tech-enabled businesses is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field. MBA or relevant certifications is an advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools; familiarity with SQL, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
