Growth Lead
About this role
A Growth Lead is sought to design and execute scalable growth strategies across acquisition, activation, retention, partnerships and revenue in Lagos. The role targets candidates with experience scaling products or platforms in high-growth, tech-enabled businesses in emerging markets.
What you would do
- Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with revenue and expansion goals
- Identify new growth opportunities across customer segments, products and markets
- Build scalable acquisition and retention frameworks
- Lead experiments and growth sprints to improve performance
- Drive customer acquisition across digital, offline, referral and partnership channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve onboarding, engagement and lifecycle metrics
What they are asking for
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 5–8 years experience in Growth, Strategy, Marketing, Commercial Operations or Business Development
- Experience in startups, mobility, fintech, logistics, marketplaces or tech-enabled businesses
- Proven track record of scaling products, customer acquisition or revenue growth
- Experience with performance marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing and analytics tools
- Strong analytical and communication skills
