Growth & Commercial Lead
About this role
The Growth & Commercial Lead will drive Bridgemead Advisory's commercial growth in Lagos by securing new business and expanding existing client relationships. The role involves developing and implementing revenue-driving strategies to position Bridgemead as a trusted advisory partner for recruitment, executive search, leadership and related services.
What you would do
- Develop and execute commercial growth strategies to drive revenue and market presence.
- Identify, qualify and acquire new clients across target industries while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
- Lead the end-to-end business development process from prospecting and engagement to proposal, negotiation and close.
- Build relationships with senior leaders to uncover cross-selling opportunities for Bridgemead's services.
- Represent Bridgemead Advisory at executive forums and industry events to raise visibility and generate opportunities.
- Maintain the CRM.
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, Human Resources or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in business development, commercial management, sales, client relationship management, consulting or related roles.
- Experience in consulting is preferred; proven success in acquiring and managing B2B clients.
- Experience selling professional services, HR solutions, consulting, executive search or business advisory services is advantageous.
- Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
