Sweet Sensation in Lagos is seeking a Growth & Business Developement Manager to lead growth and revenue initiatives for its growing Nigerian food business. The role focuses on acquiring and retaining customers, developing partnerships, expanding corporate and institutional sales, and converting opportunities into measurable revenue.

What you would do

• Develop and manage sales pipelines for corporate, institutional, catering, events and bulk orders.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, reactivation and loyalty initiatives.
• Develop strategic partnerships and identify commercial opportunities.
• Improve CRM utilisation and manage customer data.
• Support outlet growth and local market development.
• Drive sales conversion and upselling and cross-selling.
