Growth Associate (Remote)

About this role

The Growth Associate is a full-time, remote role based in Lagos for a recycling and waste management organisation. The person will drive acquisition and retention of recycling partners in an assigned territory, handling sourcing, onboarding, support, and management of field partners.

What you would do

• Source and onboard agents, processors, merchants, and logistics partners.
• Maintain records of leads, partner activities, and onboarding progress.
• Follow up with partners and resolve field-related issues.
• Support material recovery and asset delivery/recovery.
• Facilitate partner training and activations.
