About this role
A Lagos-based full-time role for a Growth and Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition and strategic partnerships for a Nigerian food business.
What you would do
- Support outlet growth and local market development
- Monitor sales performance and maintain growth dashboards
- Develop corporate, institutional, catering, event and bulk-order sales pipelines
- Develop strategic partnerships and commercial opportunities
- Improve CRM utilisation and customer-data management
- Drive sales conversion, upselling, cross-selling, and customer loyalty initiatives

- Ability to manage sales pipelines, CRM and performance reports
