Group Head, Retail Banking

What you would do
- Provide strategic leadership for retail banking operations and performance.
- Drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention through digital channels.
- Oversee credit analysis and retail risk management processes.

- Collaborate on digital banking platform initiatives and fintech integrations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant banking regulations and internal policies.
- Analyse market and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
- Partner with product and technology teams to optimise retail offerings.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement plans.
- Represent the retail banking function in senior leadership discussions.

- 10 to 12 years of retail banking experience.
