Group Head Business Development and Training Centre

About this role

A senior leadership role overseeing the Group's Business Development and Training Centre, responsible for driving revenue growth, managing events and training programmes, and leading the Business Development and Training Centre teams. The position targets candidates with strong technical sales, event management, and commercial operations experience in a Nigerian context.

What you would do

• Plan and oversee exhibitions, conferences, seminars, workshops and corporate events
• Build partnerships with companies, institutions, professional bodies and industry stakeholders
• Develop and manage corporate, technical and professional training programmes
• Lead, mentor and manage Business Development and Training Centre teams
• Develop sponsorship and strategic partnership opportunities
• Oversee operations and commercial growth of the Training Centre and drive revenue-growth strategy
