What you would do

• Establish and maintain financial accounting, budgeting, and reporting systems.
• Develop policies and procedures for effective financial control.
• Analyse financial reports and support departmental performance evaluation.
• Prepare official and management reports.
• Prepare and monitor proposals for working capital, investments, and project budgets.
• Coordinate internal and external audits with the Managing Director.
• Oversee the integration of business software with the accounting system.

• University degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related finance discipline.
• At least eight years of relevant experience in shipping, oil and gas, or service industries.
• Professional qualifications: Chartered Accountant; ICAN, ANAN, ACCA, CIMA or CTIN.
