GRC & Compliance Associate (NYSC)

About this role

Mitiget Assurance and Technology Services Limited is seeking a female NYSC candidate for a part-time GRC & Compliance Associate role in Ikeja, Lagos. The position supports governance, risk and compliance activities, including monitoring, documentation review, stakeholder engagement and information verification, with the ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.

What you would do

• Support GRC and compliance activities across assigned projects
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to obtain required information and documents
• Review submitted information and documents for completeness, accuracy and consistency
• Maintain compliance trackers and project documentation; follow up on outstanding requirements
• Assist with compliance assessments, monitoring activities and data verification
• Prepare periodic compliance status reports and management updates

What they are asking for

• B.Sc. or HND in cybersecurity, computer science, information technology, information systems or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, audit, banking operations, customer service, KYC/AML or related field (advantage)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good attention to detail and strong documentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
