GRC & Compliance Associate (NYSC)

About this role

Part-time GRC and Compliance Associate role based in Ikeja, Lagos, for female NYSC candidates. The position supports governance, risk and compliance activities, including documentation review, information verification and stakeholder engagement.

What you would do

• Support GRC and compliance activities across assigned projects.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders via calls, emails and other approved channels to obtain required information and documentation.
• Review submitted information and documents for completeness, accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain compliance trackers, registers and project documentation.
• Assist with compliance assessments, monitoring activities, data verification and documentation reviews.
• Identify gaps or discrepancies and escalate appropriately.

What they are asking for

• BSc or HND in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, audit, banking operations, customer service, KYC/AML or related field is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
