GRC & Compliance Associate (Female - NYSC)

About this role

Part-time GRC and Compliance Associate role based in Lagos for a female NYSC member. The role supports governance, risk and compliance activities, including monitoring, documentation review and stakeholder engagement.

What you would do

• Support execution of GRC and compliance activities across assigned projects.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders via calls, emails and other approved channels to obtain information and documentation.
• Review and validate submitted information and supporting documents for completeness, accuracy and consistency.
• Follow up on outstanding compliance requirements and maintain records of engagements and status updates.
• Maintain and update compliance trackers, registers and project documentation.
• Identify gaps or discrepancies and escalate appropriately.

What they are asking for

• B.Sc./HND in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, audit, banking operations, customer service, KYC/AML or related field (advantage).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
