About this role

A full-time onsite role in Lagos for a Graphics Designer who can also act as Creative Manager, leading visual content across campaigns and maintaining the brand’s creative direction. The position combines graphic design, video editing and project leadership, reporting to the marketing team and coordinating external creatives as needed.

What you would do

• Review creative output for quality and brand alignment
• Plan and manage the creative calendar and prioritise requests
• Brief and coordinate external creatives (photographers, videographers, printers)
• Translate marketing objectives into clear creative concepts and campaign directions
• Own the company’s visual identity and ensure consistency across channels
• Create content for websites, emails, campaigns and print materials; edit videos and create motion graphics

• At least 2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing
• Strong portfolio showing design and video work
• Education: NCE, OND, Bachelor’s degree, HND or relevant certification
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent
• Strong typography, colour theory, branding and visual storytelling skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently with good time management
