Graphics Designer / Creative Manager

About this role

Globalclique is seeking a Graphics Designer / Creative Manager in Lagos to lead the brand's visual content. The role combines hands-on graphic design and video editing with ownership of the company's creative output, producing content for digital and print. It targets a creative professional with at least two years' experience who can translate marketing goals into visual concepts and manage multiple projects.

What you would do

• Own the company's visual identity and ensure consistency across channels
• Plan and manage the creative calendar to prioritise requests and meet deadlines
• Translate marketing objectives into clear creative concepts and campaign directions
• Review creative output for quality, brand alignment and effectiveness
• Brief and coordinate external creatives (photographers, videographers, printers) as required
• Design marketing materials for digital and print as part of campaign delivery

What they are asking for

• Education: NCE, OND, Bachelor's degree, HND or relevant certification
• At least 2 years' experience in graphic design and video editing with a strong portfolio
• Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing campaigns (advantage)
• Experience leading creative projects or coordinating other creatives (advantage)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent; strong typography, colour theory, branding and visual storytelling
• Motion graphics/animation skills and basic photography/videography skills are desirable
