Graphic Designer and Print Production Coordinator

HJMH Innovations is seeking a Graphic Designer and Print Production Coordinator. The role supports printing and production tasks in a full-time position, based in Abuja. The company provides digital and large-format printing, stationery, signage, branded merchandise, and other customised print solutions for a range of clients. The job involves coordinating production, preparing print-ready files, monitoring quality, and designing graphics for print production.

What you would do

• Maintain production records and coordinate with machine operators.
• Monitor print quality and approve samples before bulk production.
• Coordinate printing, finishing and production workflows.
• Prepare and inspect print-ready files.
• Ensure accuracy, minimise material wastage and meet delivery deadlines.
• Design and edit graphics for print production.

What they are asking for

• Knowledge of flex/banner printing, SAV, DI printing and print finishing.
• Proficiency in graphic design; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a printing press.
• Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalent tools.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Team player.
