Graduate Trainee - Warehouse

What you would do
- Receive and inspect shipments and materials from project sites or other locations
- Record inventory and maintain accurate stock documentation
- Monitor stock levels, perform stock counts and note variances
- Ensure goods entering and leaving the warehouse are tracked and authorised
- Input inventory data into the warehouse system and verify records
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly stock and activity reports
- Compile reports on changes in production or inventory
- Conduct branch stock analysis to support data-driven decisions
- Move and organise goods within different parts of the warehouse
- Maintain neat and orderly warehouse and support maintenance workflows
What they are asking for
- BSc or HND in Accounting, Statistics or Data Analytics
- 0 to 1 year post NYSC experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety (added advantage)
