Graduate Trainee, Supply Chain (Warehouse Officer)

Reliable Plastic is seeking a motivated Graduate Trainee to join the Supply Chain team as a Warehouse Officer. The role involves supporting daily warehouse operations, inventory control, stock reconciliation and logistics coordination, with hands-on experience across key supply chain functions.

What you would do

• Support day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching goods.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and warehouse transactions.
• Assist with regular stock counts, cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excesses, damages, or discrepancies.
• Ensure goods are properly labelled, stored and arranged in accordance with warehouse procedures; prepare and maintain key warehouse documents (Goods Received Notes, dispatch records, stock cards and inventory reports).
• Work with procurement, sales, finance, logistics and other departments to ensure smooth movement of materials and products.

• Bachelor's degree or HND in relevant fields (Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related discipline).
• Must have completed NYSC with discharge/exemption certificate.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience in warehousing, inventory management, logistics or related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong numerical, analytical and record-keeping skills; excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment; strong organisational and time-management skills.
