About this role

The role is a graduate trainee programme for Sales Engineer, open to fresh graduates with up to 2 years’ experience. It is a structured 18-month development programme with rotations in foundry-related disciplines, based in Ogun (Ota) and Lagos (Ilupeju).

What you would do

• Participate in rotations and mentorship during the 18-month programme.
• Engage in foundry, machining, fabrication, engineering design, and 3D printing activities.
• Complete assessments including IQ, personality, Excel/Word, CAD tests, and communication evaluation.
• Develop technical and communication skills for potential permanent placement.
• Contribute to hands-on factory experiences and project work.
• Support team objectives and learn across multiple engineering disciplines.

• BSc/BEng/HND in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Chemical, Metallurgical/Materials or related fields
• CAD competence (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, AutoCAD)
• Age 27 years or below

• Participation in selection tests (IQ, personality, CAD, communication)
