Graduate Trainee Programme (Sales Engineer)

About this role

A full-time Graduate Trainee Programme for fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years’ experience, focused on engineering disciplines in sales engineering across NFL’s Lagos (Ilupeju) and Ogun (Ota) plants for 18 months. The programme covers foundry, machining, fabrication, engineering design, and 3D printing, with potential permanent placement on completion.

What you would do

• Participate in structured training and rotations
• Engage in hands-on factory experiences
• Work on projects related to foundry, machining, fabrication, and design
• Utilise CAD tools and software as part of assessments
• Demonstrate problem-solving and communication skills during rotations
• Support engineering and sales-related activities as required by the programme

What they are asking for

• BSc/BEng/HND in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Chemical, Metallurgical/Materials or related fields
• CAD proficiency with SolidWorks, Fusion 360 or AutoCAD
• Age 27 years or below
• Strong communication, problem-solving and Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills
• Performance in IQ, personality, Excel/Word, CAD, and communication assessments
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0-2 years’ experience
