About this role
Open to fresh graduates with 0-2 years’ experience for an 18-month Graduate Trainee Programme in Sales and Marketing at Nigerian Foundries Limited, with locations in Ogun (Ota) and Lagos (Ilupeju). The programme provides structured training, rotations, mentorship, and potential permanent placement in sales/marketing roles.
What you would do
- Participate in a career development programme across multiple disciplines
- Engage in training and assessments including tests and CAD evaluation
- Rotations through relevant departments to gain factory and commercial exposure
- Contribute to sales and marketing activities
- Develop skills in communication, problem solving, and data handling (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
- Support project work and research-based assignments as required

- BSc/HND in Marketing or any Social Science
- Engineering graduates with interest in technical sales may apply
