Graduate Trainee Programme (Production Engineer)

About this role

A graduate trainee programme for fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years’ experience in mechanical, electrical/electronic, chemical, metallurgical/materials fields. The 18-month programme covers foundry, machining, fabrication, engineering design and 3D printing, with rotations and mentorship aimed at future permanent placement in NFL plants in Lagos or Ogun.

What you would do

• Participate in an 18-month rotating development programme.
• Engage in foundry, machining, fabrication, and engineering design activities.
• Use CAD tools (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, AutoCAD) for project work.
• Support problem-solving and improvement tasks in production environments.
• Complete assessments including IQ, personality, Excel/Word, CAD and communication evaluations.
• Apply learning towards potential permanent roles within the company.
