Graduate Trainee Programme (Design Engineer)
About this role
A full-time graduate trainee programme for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years’ experience in engineering design, with placements in Lagos or Ogun. The 18-month programme covers foundry, machining, fabrication, engineering design, and 3D printing, with potential permanent placement on completion.
What you would do

- Engage in rotations across foundry, machining, fabrication and engineering design.
- Work on 3D printing and CAD projects.
- Attend tests and assessments as part of selection.

- BSc/BEng/HND in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Chemical, Metallurgical/Materials or related field
- CAD proficiency (SolidWorks, Fusion 360 or AutoCAD)
- Strong communication, problem-solving and Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills
- Age 27 years or below
- Applicants must be fresh graduates or have 0-2 years’ experience
- Ability to undertake IQ, personality, Excel/Word, CAD, and communication assessments
