What you would do

• Operate and monitor diesel or gas generators to ensure uninterrupted power supply
• Start, stop, and regulate generator systems according to operational needs
• Perform routine inspections of generators, fuel levels, oil levels, and cooling systems
• Carry out basic maintenance such as oil changes, filter replacement, and cleaning of generator parts
• Detect and troubleshoot faults or irregularities in generator performance
• Keep logs of generator operations, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities
• Ensure proper fuel storage and safe refueling processes
• Respond promptly to power outages and restore supply
• Maintain safety standards and follow procedures at all times
• Coordinate with maintenance teams or engineers for major repairs
