What you would do

• Direct enquiries to authorised channels and support social media, community engagement and audience feedback activities.
• Assist with captions, creative research, content drafts and digital asset organisation; support photography and video-content activities.
• Check records for missing fields or duplicates; maintain trackers, contact lists and document registers.
• Support audience research and ticketing activities; prepare ticketing information and FAQs.
• Help prepare participant registers, programme documents and guest information; assist with logistics records.
• Support team meetings, planning activities and general project coordination; report progress to supervisors.
• Submit a brief weekly progress report detailing completed work and pending assignments.
