General Physician
About this role
A contract role for a General Physician based in Yaba, Lagos, to provide telemedicine and on-site clinical support within Health Connect 24x7. It targets doctors who can work in a team, handle patient calls, and contribute to telehealth and care coordination.
What you would do
- Receive and respond to calls from patients or transfers from care coordinators.
- Conduct one-to-one patient consultations as part of the company doctors team.
- Direct patients to appropriate care venues and ensure timely care.
- Participate in tele-monitoring programs and integrate with patients' care plans.
- Document all patient encounters in the call centre software.
- Provide advice when safe to do so following medical standards and policies.
