• Prepare annual production budgets and optimise resources to meet them.
• Coordinate and manage the production team to hit daily targets within quality, budget and time constraints.
• Liaise with Maintenance to schedule planned shutdowns for maintenance.
• Oversee cement kiln lining repairs, raw and cement mill operations, and packaging systems.
• Provide leadership and strategic direction to the Production team.
