General Manager - Poultry Operations and Business Development

What you would do

• Lead development and execution of business plans, budgets, and phased expansion programmes
• Supervise Poultry Manager to boost egg production, flock health, feed efficiency, biosecurity and egg quality
• Develop and maintain sales channels in Lagos, Ibadan, Oyo and other markets
• Collaborate on cash-flow forecasts, cost monitoring, and expenditure control
• Manage receivables and plan loan repayments with the accounting team
• Support investment proposals, financial projections and funding applications
• Strengthen procurement, feed and egg inventory management and asset protection
• Set departmental targets and supervise staff performance
• Prepare and present weekly management reports and periodic performance reviews
• Coordinate with the Executive Director and Board on strategy and investor relations

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Agricultural Economics, Agribusiness Management or related field
• Postgraduate qualification or professional certification is an advantage
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a management role within commercial poultry or integrated agribusiness
• Strong leadership, negotiation, integrity and accountability
• Willingness to work with farm operations in Oyo State and travel regularly
