What you would do

• Develop and implement strategies to grow deposits, credit portfolio and customer base
• Lead fintech-enabled lending initiatives and payroll-based credit models for SME and salaried clients
• Provide leadership across Credit, Operations, Finance, Risk, HR, and Marketing to align with goals
• Oversee product development, marketing and customer engagement to sustain visibility
• Build and mentor a high-performing team to achieve results
• Drive digital transformation and process efficiency to boost productivity and competitiveness

What they are asking for

• 12–18 years in financial services with at least 5 years in senior leadership within microfinance, commercial, corporate, or merchant banking
• Professional membership of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, Marketing or related field; MBA preferred
• Demonstrated experience in fintech-driven lending, digital product innovation or partnership-led distribution
• Strong strategic, analytical and leadership capabilities
• Good knowledge of microfinance operations, credit management and regulatory frameworks
