General Manager / Country Operations Lead
About this role
General Manager / Country Operations Lead for ProTaxi in Abuja. You will lead the Abuja launch and manage the commercial and operational performance of the business, including fleet utilisation, revenue, driver performance, and customer experience, and oversee the city P&L. You will report to the Managing Director / Owner.
What you would do
- Lead the Abuja launch and day-to-day operations.
- Own revenue, operating costs, city P&L and per-vehicle profitability.
- Set and review driver repayment and earnings structures.
- Manage the lean launch team and key external partners.
- Own fleet utilisation and ensure vehicles spend maximum productive time on the road.
- Establish operating KPIs and report business performance to the owners.
What they are asking for
- 6+ years in mobility, logistics, fleet operations, fintech, asset finance or another operations-heavy business.
- Experience managing a balance sheet, vehicle portfolio or driver network is strongly preferred.
- Abuja/FCT market experience is an advantage.
