What you would do

• Develop and execute strategies for revenue growth and profitability.
• Lead Sales, Customer Service and Business Development.
• Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, pricing discipline and commercial performance.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships and growth channels.
• Oversee corporate communications, brand positioning, PR and media partnerships.
• Provide strategic direction for social media, content, video production, and digital campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency and measurable campaign effectiveness.
• Establish and maintain excellent customer service standards.
• Supervise Quality Control and ensure compliance with product standards.
• Oversee CRM, billing and other business systems to drive efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Management or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years in senior management or executive leadership.
