General Manager - Commercial and Communication

What you would do

• Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management and pricing discipline
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships and growth channels
• Lead Sales, Customer Service and Business Development
• Oversee corporate communications, brand positioning and media partnerships
• Direct social media, content creation and digital campaigns for brand management
• Ensure customer service standards and align commitments with production and delivery capacity
• Supervise quality control and product standards compliance
• Drive technology adoption, data accuracy and efficiency of business systems
• Develop departmental budgets and performance frameworks
• Provide executive reports and strategic recommendations to the Founder & Managing Director
