General Manager - Business Operations and HR Lead

What you would do
- Supervise team leads and review performance while implementing recovery strategies.
- Protect client relationships, resolve escalations and minimise loss of vacancies.
- Oversee Sales, Recruitment, HR Service Delivery, Client Services, Administration, Accounts and compliance operations.
- Manage day-to-day operations within approved authority and controls.
- Drive revenue growth, collections, recruitment closures and departmental KPIs.
- Lead weekly performance reviews and report risks, achievements, owners and deadlines to the CEO.
- Ensure HR policies, onboarding, employee relations, documentation and operational standards are implemented.
